Before you begin your application, here’s an overview of who can apply, the information you’ll need to have ready, and the types of questions you can expect along the way.

Who can apply?

Uspring is available for graduating college students, graduate students, recent graduates, and alumni who meet the policy eligibility requirements.

Eligibility: Ages 20–30, enrolled in or graduated within the last 6 months from an eligible Uspring college or university, US citizen or permanent resident/green card holder. Not available in CA, FL, or NY.

What information will I need?

To help your application process go as smoothly as possible, we recommend having the following available:

  • Driver’s license or government-issued ID
  • Social Security Number
  • Your college or university
  • Basic health and lifestyle information
  • Your preferred coverage amount and payment frequency
  • Beneficiary informationThe person you choose to receive your policy’s benefit.
